Preschool/Kindergarten Application: Only to be used when no older children are to be enrolled with SCAIHS.  If older children are to be enrolled, include the Kindergarten student on that application.

For the Preschool/Kindergarten Application, you need:

• the information on the Directory of School Districts
• and a K-5 Student Enrollment Form
  (for each student who is five years of age on or before September 1. No student enrollment Form is needed for a preschool student.)
