NEW --Shop for discounted home school materials online by clicking the banner below for GPA SmartStore. Once in the site, go to “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen and register. You may register under SCAIHS if you are a SCAIHS member or a Home School Bookstore customer. Once registered, you will receive the State Association discount price. If you are also an HSLDA member and indicate this when registering, you will receive the HSLDA price, but thank you for accessing GPA through this site as SCAIHS will receive a small commission on each sale as will HSLDA.
SCAIHS’ Home School Bookstore serves all
home-school families! Because SCAIHS is a nonprofit, tax-exempt
association and all proceeds go into its ministry, no sales tax is
charged thus saving you 7% on your purchases.
SCAIHS members also receive a 15% discount on most
items!
NEW --For a limited time, through August 15th, the Home School Bookstore will extend a 15% discount to ALL customers! This discount applies to all discountable items. Since customers pay no sales tax (7%), the savings is 22%! Items picked up at the store incur no shipping charges either
Whether you prefer a Traditional, Unit Study, or Classical approach
to education, you’ll find the Home School Bookstore probably has
what you need. As an additional service, special orders for
non-stocked items can be placed for you. Although we cannot offer
curriculum counseling in the store, all books carried are ones
approved by SCAIHS.
The store is located next to the SCAIHS office in Cayce (directions)
and is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed
on holidays
and the week between Christmas and
New Year’s Day). No longer will you have to wait for a book
fair or convention to see home-school materials. You won’t need to
rush to make decisions about curricula since the Home School
Bookstore is open year ‘round.
